How is the gift card delivered?

Efi & Co Gift Cards are digital. If you select “Send to someone special,” Shopify emails the gift card directly to the recipient.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. You can include a personal message of up to 200 characters.

Can I choose when it is delivered?

Yes. Send it after purchase or schedule delivery for a future date, up to 90 days ahead.

How does the recipient use it?

The recipient receives a unique Shopify gift-card code that can be applied at checkout on Efi & Co.

Can the balance be used over more than one order?

Yes. If the entire gift-card value isn't used, the remaining balance stays on the card for an eligible future purchase.

Can I buy a gift card for myself?

Yes. Select “Send it to me” and Shopify will use the normal purchaser gift-card delivery flow.
