Your Efi & Co jewelry is covered for qualifying manufacturing and workmanship issues reported within 1 year of delivery.
If something appears wrong, we assess the jewelry to determine whether the issue relates to manufacture, setting or normal wear.
If an issue is confirmed, we will take care of it and advise the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or another suitable remedy.
We want your jewelry to be enjoyed for years to come. Even after the warranty period, contact us whenever your piece needs care and we will guide you on the best available solution.
YOUR WARRANTY
The warranty applies to genuine defects in materials, workmanship or construction that become apparent during the warranty period and are confirmed by our assessment.
Structural issues that are determined to have resulted from the way the jewelry was manufactured rather than from wear, impact or misuse.
Qualifying issues with prongs, settings, joins or other structural components when our assessment confirms a workmanship problem.
A loose or displaced stone may be covered where the cause is confirmed as a manufacturing or setting defect rather than impact or normal wear.
Significant finishing defects present as a result of production may qualify. Normal surface marks and changes from everyday wear are excluded.
EXCLUSIONS
Fine jewelry naturally changes with wear. The warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover damage or loss caused by everyday use, accidents or outside alteration.
Scratches, small dents, surface marks, gradual finish changes and general wear that develops through normal use.
Damage caused by impact, crushing, bending, dropping, catching, heavy lifting, sport or other accidental force.
The warranty does not provide insurance against loss, theft or disappearance of the jewelry.
Stone loss caused by impact, a bent or worn setting, misuse or continuing to wear jewelry after visible damage is not covered.
Damage resulting from harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning, unsuitable cleaning equipment or care inconsistent with our guidance.
Damage associated with resizing, repair, polishing, setting or alteration performed by another jeweler may fall outside this warranty.
Selecting the wrong size is not a manufacturing defect. Resizing availability depends on the design and may be chargeable.
The warranty does not cover a change of mind about design, dimensions, diamond specifications or other approved custom details.
PROTECT YOUR JEWELRY
Remove fine jewelry for exercise, heavy manual work, cleaning and other high-impact activities. Regularly check prongs and settings, and stop wearing a piece immediately if a stone feels loose or the setting appears damaged.

AFTER ASSESSMENT
If we confirm a covered manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
If the issue falls outside warranty but can reasonably be repaired, we may be able to offer a paid repair quotation.
Some cases require physical inspection before the cause can be confirmed. We will explain any return or assessment steps first.
AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD
Fine jewelry may need maintenance over time, especially when worn every day. If your warranty period has ended, you can still contact us for advice.
Where possible, we may be able to assess repairs, resetting, refinishing or other aftercare services and provide a quotation before work begins.
